We may prosecute You to the fullest extent permissible should We choose to do so, including asking for financial penalties (damages) and/or an injunction forcing You to stop using Our intellectual property immediately.
Fine Art Prints — Orders, Returns, Shipping & Damages
Each fine art print purchased through My Weekend Inspiration Photography, LLC is a physical photographic artwork produced specifically for your order. Every photograph is carefully prepared and reviewed before it leaves the studio. We take great care in selecting the appropriate materials, preparing your artwork, and packaging your print securely to help ensure that it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Because each fine art print is made to order, all sales are final once your order has shipped. We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Please take a moment to review the photograph, available sizes, and product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Please note regarding color and tones: The appearance of a photograph may vary slightly depending on the monitor, device, screen settings, lighting, and viewing conditions used when viewing the image online. We spend considerable time carefully preparing and reviewing each fine art photograph before it leaves the studio. Every order is checked to ensure that the color, tones, and overall quality meet our standards. Minor differences between what you see on your screen and the final printed photograph are normal and do not constitute a defect or qualify an order for a return or refund.
Damaged Orders
We take every necessary precaution when packaging your fine art photograph to help ensure its safe arrival. However, once your order has been shipped, we cannot be responsible for damage that occurs during transit.
If your fine art print arrives damaged, please contact us at myweekendinspiration@gmail.comwithin 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photographs of the damaged package, packaging materials, and the print itself so that we can review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase. My Weekend Inspiration Photography, LLCis not responsible for orders that are lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at myweekendinspiration@gmail.com. If your order has already shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address or replace the order.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address and the print arrives back in good condition, we can arrange to resend the order. Additional shipping charges will apply and must be paid before the order is reshipped.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package does not arrive, please contact us at myweekendinspiration@gmail.comwith your order information. We will review the shipment details and work with you to determine the appropriate next step.
Customs & Duties
For orders shipped outside the United States, the recipient may be responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other charges imposed by the destination country. My Weekend Inspiration Photography, LLC is not responsible for these charges, as they are determined by the destination country's customs authorities.
Shipping & Handling
All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Any additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or reshipment are the responsibility of the customer.

You agree that any dispute or lawsuit arising out of, or concerning, this Agreement that is not first resolved by arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction located in Wake County, North Carolina. You and Company assume responsibility for their own collection costs and legal fees incurred should enforcement of these conditions should it become necessary.
Arbitration
Any and all disputes or disagreements rising between Company and You out of this Terms and Conditions of Use upon which an amicable understanding cannot be reached, shall be decided by arbitration in accordance with the procedural rules of the American Arbitration Association. Company and You agree to be bound by the decision of the arbitrator(s). The arbitration proceeding shall take place in Wake County, North Carolina. The cost and expenses of the arbitrators shall be shared equally by the parties. Each party shall be responsible for its own costs and expenses in presenting the dispute for arbitration.
